Festival Info & What to Bring

The ‘Chi Shanty Music Festival is free admission, family-friendly, and packed with great music and maritime spirit! The main entrance is located at 35 St. Patrick’s Drive, Miramichi, look for signage and check out the festival map below before your arrival.

Don’t forget to pack:

Sunscreen (you’ll be outside by the river all day!)
Your own camp chairs or picnic blanket
Reusable water bottles (bottled water will be available on sight, but we are trying to cut back on plastic waste!)

Weather permitting, we’re also offering Ferry Service to Beaubears Island by donation, where you can catch a special sword fighting show Saturday at 1PM, or take a hike in the only mature forest in the region!

Food, Drinks & After Hours Fun

Enjoy a BBQ fundraiser both Saturday and Sunday, hosted by the Nelson Doyle Dancers grab a bite while supporting a great local group!

1809 Restaurant & Bar – Upscale riverside dining with local flair
